Hear another parable: There was a certain householderproprietorlandowner, which establishedplantedcultivated a orchardgardenvineyard, and enclosedhedgedfenced it round about, and diggedexcavatedhollowed a vatwinepressbasin in it, and constructederectedbuilt a structurewatchtowertower, and leasedletrented it out to husbandmenfarmerstenants, and went into a far country: And when the seasontimeperiod of the fruitproduceharvest drew near, he sent his employeesworkersservants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. And the husbandmen took his servants, and beatthrashedstruck one, and killedslewmurdered another, and stonedpeltedassaulted another. Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise. But last of all he sent unto them his heiroffspringson, saying, They will reverencehonorrespect my son. But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the inheritorheirsuccessor; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his birthrightinheritancelegacy. And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him. When the masterownerlord therefore of the vineyard arrivescomethreturns, what will he do unto those husbandmen? They say unto him, He will ruthlesslywretchedlymiserably destroy those wickedevilmalicious men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall rendergiveprovide him the fruits in their timesseasonsperiods. Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never studyreadexamine in the scriptures, The cornerstonestonerock which the architectsbuildersconstructors rejected, the same is become the chiefheadpinnacle of the corner: this is the Lord's workdeeddoing, and it is marvellousastonishingwondrous in our eyes? Therefore say I unto you, The kingdomdomainrealm of God shall be takenremovedwithdrawn from you, and given to a peoplecommunitynation bringing forth the fruits thereof. And whosoever shall tripstumblefall on this stone shall be shatteredfracturedbroken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grindpulverizecrush him to powder. And when the chief priestsclergyreligious leaders and eldersauthoritiesPharisees had heard his parables, they understoodperceivedrealized that he spake of them.
